Thanks to this importance, it is very advisable to mantain this joint in his best conditions of work and function, because with time , it will get worse, as the rest of the body in his proccess of aging. From a medical point of view, a deep knowledge of the function of normal and pathological shoulders is power , not only on the way of an exact diagnosis but on a correct and successfull treatment.
